Dr Andreas Dombret is a renowned banker who served as member of the Executive Board of the Deutsche Bundesbank from 2010 to 2018 and as member of the Supervisory Board of the European Central Bank from 2014 to 2018. From 2012 to 2018 he served on the Board of the Bank for International Settlements in Basel.
Earlier in his career, Dr Dombret was Vice Chairman of Bank of America in Europe, the Middle East & Africa, the Middle East and Africa, a Partner at Rothschild and Head of Germany at JP Morgan. He started his career at Deutsche Bank.
Since leaving the public sector Andreas has returned to the private sector, advising the likes of Oliver Wyman, Houlihan Lokey, Sumitomo Bank, Santander and Amazon Web Services.
